You should have seen it. It was an epic clash, me, a lone demigod child of Hermes against a horde of fangirling lampades, nymphs of the Underworld. There was a lot of hair-pulling, creative name-calling, and I think I ended up engaged to the lead lampade as part of the bargain that got me the URL.
Whatever happened, I was victorious and that’s what matters.
