Hi! Interesting question, doesn't read weird at all:). So this is kind of like searching for fate in things that may be mundane or not but trying to connect meaning. Fate is a belief and beliefs would be a 9th house matter. Neptune in the 9th can have spiritual beliefs which can also be illusionary at times. Pluto in the 9th can obsess over beliefs. Vertex conjunct Venus. Vertex conjunct moon. Also some Neptune/Venus aspects connecting spirituality with values. Ruler of 9th in 7th. Romance can be illusionary and fate can also feel illusionary so I think Pisces placements can find something to feel fated more easily. Aries placements can jump into things feeling love at first sight type of things. Scorpio can look for soul connections. Romanticizing can be Venus in Pisces.
