Me: I feel better now. And my main character is missing a finger. So all is well in the world. Friend: YAY FOR YOU BUT MAYBE NOT YOUR MAIN CHARACTER.             Which finger? Me: Left middle. And he plays guitar so. Friend: Ooooh. His guitar days are over.

“I just really love fucking shit up for my characters. His boyfriend's gonna die later. He doesn't even have a boyfriend yet. But when he does, dude's gonna die on him. I MISSED THIS A LOT.“

Me, when talking to my friend about the story I picked up again. Ah, it feels good to be writing this once more.

Her response: “He doesn't even have a bf yet. GDI fate. That's wonderful.”
