house positivity week day 7 - favorite thing about the show

redd- im fucked up and evil and i love the crying breakdowns. top three crying breakdowns are: the father in babies and bathwater, when he's told his wife is going to die and he has to make the medical decision that will hasten her death but save their child's; the mother in forever, when she's brought out of the phenobarbital coma and is told she killed her baby; and wilson in wilson's heart, when he's talking to cuddy in his office about amber's impending death.

charlie- i am obsessed with the social commentary. something i totally blanked on when talking about my favorite episodes is role model! it's definitely my second favorite one. looking at the fact that they wrote Fake Obama into the show and viewed his chances of actually winning the presidency as so low in retrospect when Real Obama proceeded to win the presidency. twice. is crazy. how much have things changed. how much have things stayed the same.

fate- dude house md is just so FUNNY. i love so many scenes man. here's a handful:

i can't not mention when chase, foreman, and house do karaoke together. a classic.

taub going "i'd like to buy some cocaine, please." another classic.

when wilson is asking chase for dirt on house in that s6 episode with the weird porno. that whole conversation is so fucking silly. the delivery of "maybe he's reading it in... a smaller font...?" gets me every time.

in the s1 finale when cameron is talking to mark and stacy and she just completely unprompted goes like "it must be really awkward to be treated by a man who used to be involved with your wife." queen of bedside manner. why did you say that

house md positivity week day 2 - favorite episode

started writing this yesterday so we have the time to write each part ourselves bitchesss

anyway i (redd) really love basically every episode that features a patient death but Babies and Bathwater is what ill yap about now. it's so deeply tragic and fucked up and the father's performance is fucking heartbreaking. this episode gives you such insane whiplash between hopefulness and absolute despair And It Ends With The Despair. 10/10 oof ouch owie

fate here, i have a very soft spot for What Now?! the huddy scenes are so sweet, i love how much they clearly know and care about each other. this episode is just a really really satisfying (initial) payoff to all the leadup with these two. although i do like some darker episodes as well i love that we get a bit of a honeymoon before everything goes to hell. and the hospital sideplot is absolutely hysterical.

charlie - i love a lot of what i consider "quintessential" episodes of house, my favorite of which is Spin. we've got a vaguely objectionable patient that the ducklings spend their spare energy and brainspace arguing about and one of those ironic(?) final diagnoses that are so characteristic of house md- of course the solution is that his blood doping was treating an underlying condition all along. that's just so completely house md. i think Spin stands out due to both the final diagnosis and the fact that i find the ducklings' arguing particularly amusing in it.

house positivity week day 5- character you don't talk about enough fate- STACY WARNERRR!!! i love how she seems like a totally normal person at first and then she quickly reveals she's got just as quick a wit as house. every scene with her is a delight. we're rewatching early s2 right now and it's so awesome i love her. (WHY ISN'T SHE IN EVERY EARLY S2 EPISODE RAAAAH)

charlie- i don't think i've ever talked about him before, but i really, really like dr nolan. i think he's a really positive force in house's life, and honestly, i kinda feel like house quitting therapy is one of the worst decisions he made in the entire show.

redd- i spent so long thinking about this and honestly fuck it i agree with charlie. dr nolan rocks

house positivity week day 6- favorite season

charlie- i'm always a sucker for the early seasons/episodes/chapters/portions/etc of basically everything. hence, a very unsurprising s1 from me.

redd- s2. i will rewatch every fucking episode again and again until the day i die

fate- s2 because of stacy warner i was a really big fan of the fellowship games arc of s4! s6 is also pretty high up there. and s5. i think i might be a fan of this show or something...

bonus: we definitely rewatch s2 the most out of any of them

ok we actually all agree on this one... drumroll please......

WUDDY!!!

wilson and cuddy's friendship is everything. they are tied together by their love and care for house, but even so, they have their own moments sometimes! we love when they go to the art gallery. we love when they're discussing which case to give house in the s3 opening. we love every time they scheme together against house, and how it actually works multiple times (Detox and Larger Than Life come to mind). yayy wuddy

there are a handful of canon fictional pairings that have a specific type of banter between them that's combined with genuine tender caring, and unfortunately many of these pairings end up canonically breaking up/going to hell so i can't just straightup be like That's Literally Me And My Life Partner!!! without sounding extremely alarming but anyway huddy is one of these pairings and mcwexler from better call saul is another and before you ask no i dont know who's the cuddy and who's the house or who's the saul and who's the kim. i don't

I've never been good at putting my thoughts into words. If you think I didn't phrase things well in this post either, then I'm sorry :/

I decided to take a break from Tumblr. Because the place that once held happy memories has turned into a branch of hell and a breeding ground for bullying and drama.

I... I'm really tired of all this crap... What happened before was really a total fucking dipshit...I've also noticed more and more that I keep whining instead of actually drawing or knitting.

An appeal to those people who harrased me for the situation with RootMold and who promised to kill me, dox me, rape me, and so on. Yes. I admit that I shouldn't have said the last sentences. And i admit that i was too harsh to her. But your harassment towards me and the attempt to make me apologize for everything i said and making me to take Root's, Crusader's and others side is fucking stupid. It's really meaningless to apologise what i said, because it will make drama to burn once again like fucking forest fire.

Done what done and it's impossible to fix it. So, to better not to continue this fuckass drama is to block and ignore eachother after this. A lot of blood already splitted.

According about things i said earlier about situation in Russia, blocking foreign apps and having desire to disconnect all russians from global internet. Even if it'll happen, i WON'T leave Tumblr, I'll just take a break from it. Only this app makes me feel like I'm in home. Only this app gave me a lot of happy memories. And i don't want to leave it forever just because government said that i must to use only russian apps. I will use only those apps, which are comfortable for me.
