            he couldn’t help but perk up when the other made their presence, a toothy grin being exposed as his tail swayed. ‘ have you come to brush my fur again ?? oh, oh !! MAYBE you came to see me because you MISSED me !! aw, you’re too KIND ! ‘ perhaps he was getting a little TOO excited about being acknowledged, much like a tamed animal would.

Lacking a heart did nothing to DETER his moral compass. He still knew very well the difference between what’s RIGHT and what ISN’T. He supposes that’s the reason he’d put himself between these two strangers. He couldn’t tell what had SPARKED the argument between them, only that the one with pretty, red irises seemed to be PRICKLING with a BURNING ANGER that had begun to morph his hands into claws and his teeth to fangs. It seemed that without outside interference, he might very well RIP the other man apart.

Oh, it was a feeling he was far too familiar with. He’d thought he was alone with his DEMONS, though it seems he’d been MISTAKEN. Briefly he wonders if this other man had also BOUND himself to a shooting star, though he reasoned he could always inquire about it later when they weren’t amidst a PLETHORA of bystanders and the initial DANGER of the situation has passed. Thankfully it takes but a MOMENT for the later to occur. With two flicks of the wrist, the oldest and bulkiest of the immediate three (Robin, Corrin and the third party that is) was spun right around and sent off upon a nice long walk, albeit against his will. Turning toward the other then, he offers him a DISARMING smile.

“Careful. You can’t go losing yourself in the middle of a crowd like this,” he says with a certain tone of understanding.  “If you need a place to catch your breath, my home is just around the corner.”

The maid took extra care to make sure she bowed curtly, then gave the prince a small smile. It hadn’t been LONG since Nadine made Corrin’s acquaintance. He arrived with Kamui upon her return from Hoshido, and there was certainly no DENYING the two were related. Everything had become a whirlwind after that, what with new lands and a dragon with the power to manipulate the dead having been right under their noses all along. Still, she tried her best to ensure Corrin felt welcome after the merging of Nohrian and Hoshidan troops.

The maid would look up, surprised that the male appeared in the doorway. She was doing laundry, in the process of folding the clothes when he walked in. Felicia managed to not have any disasters yet, and she wanted to keep it that way. She would stop her task in favor of giving the prince her full attention.

           ‘ C’MON, it’s just up ahead !! ‘ the kitsune couldn’t contain his excitement -- as his feet went at a slightly faster rate, occasionally looking behind himself to make sure she was catching up with him. he’s MISSED his people -- his village. he had hoped they hadn’t been FORGETFUL of him, since, he did ABANDON them in some way. he just wished they weren’t naive enough to think he’s DEAD. ‘ i can SMELL them eating a fresh HUNT. brings back some memories. ‘ though, he hasn’t partaken in any HUNTS within the army yet, he was aware humans didn’t quite LIKE the taste of raw meat like he did.             once the two FINALLY reached the village, kaden could barely hold in his energy. he was running around saying hello to old friends, greeting the young kits, & even picking them up & talking with them. for just a BRIEF moment, he had forgotten all about the nohrian princess, & reality snapped back into place as his ears perked up, making his way quickly back over to her, only to take her wrist within his hand. ‘ sorry, sorry !!! i got a little too EXCITED to be back -- the flowers are this way !! ‘ without another word, he proceeded to lead her away from the pack. ‘ the flowers are more near the PEAK, but it’s an easy walk from here !! ‘
