{♛ — The bell over the door to the pawn shop jingled as the door opened, the shop owner raising an eyebrow as the Mayor's son entered her establishment. The savior's son. A joy. The former imp wandered to her counter and watched Prada closely, brown eyes taking in every movement before she spoke up.
"What do you want, boy? I don't think your father would like the idea of you wandering into my shop for no reason. On the other hand I don't think Miss Martin would like to find out her son is not in school," the woman purred, noting the book in his hands and sighing. She'd been hearing about Prada's theories and only she and Derek knew the truth at this point. Knowing her luck this boy would be pestering her about who she was in the Enchanted Forest and hoping he could get some help in breaking this curse.
No. That was Lydia's job. Lydia was to break the curse, not Rumple.
For decades she'd been stuck in this town with no Beau, no Baelfire; no one. And to make matters worse she started to feel sick the day Lydia arrived in town. Morning sickness, mostly, and she'd been having strange cravings. Probably the stomach flu. Regardless, the woman's stare was unwavering as she watched the child come closer, the brunette leaning over the counter to get a better look at him. "Is there a reason why you brought this book with you? Going to read me a story?"}
