 He would never ever ever tell a soul, especially with his 'what are feelings get them away' reputation, but it actually makes Steve feel better to sometimes jot down in ink his emotions. He'll write letters to never be sent to people who wouldn't get them anyway, or casual notes-to-self, or rather poetic reflections every once in a while and the pages are smattered with doodled patterns or distracted sketches. It's not a diary it's a journal goddammit.
