I meal prep so I don’t have to think about what to eat, and make a choice that doesn’t align with my way of life. I choose keto because it embraces the foods I like and keeps my numbers in line. I’ve seen a decrease in my weight and my clothing sizes have decreased it’s not as noticeable as others because I have so much more to lose. I post about my journey ( success and failures) to encourage some other morbidly obese person that it’s never to late. I’m currently not on any medication my blood pressure and insulin levels are excellent and I’m able to walk as far and as long as I choose to. I’ve added a strength and cardio regime to my daily life because just eating right isn’t enough for me. I love the encouragement please keep encouraging me it helps me stay accountable.
