Fat femme swimming. This is the first time I’ve been in a public pool, in a swimming suit, for more years than I can count. It felt liberating. It felt refreshing. And playing in a pool with so many other liberated fat and queer and bipoc and trans and allied bodies feels legitimately life changing. . . .
