The Pokeball
The capsule has been the cornerstone to one of the biggest franchises of all time and is the anchor within the franchise. There are tons of different patterns and uses for each capsule and their colour schemes are amazingly beautiful. I remember wasting my Master ball after encountering a lvl 35 Ursaring right below Blackthorn, because hey, lvl 35 is probably the highest level Pokemon that I was going to encounter, right?
Kurt, you sly fox, took it even further with the creation of Poke balls from apricorns, which had unique properties...except you, moon ball -.- You can keep your two moon stone evo Pokemon for yourself. The Premier ball had it for me...10 Poke balls and they threw in a Premier ball! The most amazingly pristine ball that had the power of an original ball, but was pure white with a red band in the middle. Now X and Y is out where you can buy them by the thousands...to the point of selling back all of the clothes I purchased in Lumiose City to continue to buy more Premiers! At a discounted 200 monies!! Never had I loved so many balls at once. Um, Poke balls that is :I
To be honest, I made it a point of catching all of my legendaries in Premier balls because it is basically like, "Yeah I totally owned that Zygarde. I keep it in a Premier ball because I will use my Master ball on something that actually deserves it." Heyyyooooooo, it's super effective! Get yo burn heals out.
In Pearl, I literally caught all of my legendaries in Master balls, since Emerald, you know, had some glitch properties which my young self couldn't resist :3 Too much power. After going to Poketherapy, I ridded myself with cloning techniques and such cheats and now I'm using Premier balls for everything! Except some shinies, because there is no way that I am going to miss a shiny Abra because of some Teleport crap!
Words of advice for everyone: Keep your Pokemon close, and your balls closer. Poke balls that is. :3
