It's hard sometimes, wondering what will happen if I can't straighten my health stuff out before I decide to have kids... It is a terrible feeling knowing something you've always dreamed about, something you feel entitled to, may never be possible. The one thing that makes it easier is knowing my best friend will give up her body for nine months. She isn't the most selfless person so that is a big deal and she doesn't even think twice about it. She is the only person I could ever imagine doing that for me and she offered before the thought crossed my mind. And it does make me smile imagining that her son and my child would be linked in a lovely way. I have had my moments wishing that she showed her feelings more or whatever but I wouldn't trade her for the world. She may be selfish, egotistical, moody, and whiny but she is my Favouritee and I love her. Deep down she is a truly amazing person, she just doesn't show it to too many people, and I am lucky to be one pf them.
