Currently reading: I just finished Poppy Jenkins by Claire Aston. I'm not sure what I want to start next just yet.

Currently watching: I need to catch up on the latest episode of Mobland (which I'm loving) and I think I have one or two new episodes of Leverage: Redemption to watch too. I'm also slowly making my way through Daredevil (the original series which I want to finish before I watch the new one) and Andor (I still need to finish season 1)

Currently craving: I think I want popcorn....

Coffee or tea: I'm currently sipping on an herbal blend of tea that's a mix of vanilla rooibos, peppermint, and chamomile (it's afternoon for me and I try to stop drinking caffeine by noon).

10000000% I think Lena ruminated for months on that moment. I know my headcanons for why Kara said it, but it's very easy from Lena's perspective to get why she'd write off the friendship as being fake from the beginning.

Yeah! If Kara defends Lena but in the next breath needles her with a “but you’re a Luthor” comment as Supergirl, Lena had to be wondering what was the truth. (Especially after Kara asks James to break into Lena’s lab to check for kryptonite…sigh)

I also understand why Kara said what she did. I feel like it’s also typical foot in mouth Kara — she is never smooth, and she probably panicked when Lena directly asked her who she is. Up until that point, Kara’s lying by omission, which people love to pretend isn’t as bad as lying. I feel like that’s one of the first times that Kara straight up lies to Lena about her identity.
