Welcome
Today is a new start - after a week of bed bug scare, clearing out the dust and poking cracks in the floor, Fran and I can rest easy knowing that our place is not infested and alas we can head back to work mode.
We decided to match our efforts in cleaning with organizing a new year of projects, materializing as many of the ideas piled high in our idea stack. All thanks to bed bugs.

To keep us on track, I will be logging our progress offline, and then bringing them to life online. Exploring different fields and disciplines, I will be learning from various frameworks and tools and synthesizing them to construct our studio’s workflow models, concepts for sustainable management, and just general advice on how to take care of the self as an artist, creator, manager or producer, and be a decent, kind, and compassionate human being in the spaces that you move around and interact in.
Stay tuned as we begin our process of idea selection - my first goal is develop a system for our selection process that works for our team, considering what works best for us, where we are now and where we want to go.
