My apologies for said lack of update, but nonetheless to say we are here and yes, still active! Anyways, I also wanted to say sorry that we weren't able to get any events going, though hopefully it will change over time. Until then, time to get busy again!

My sincerest apologies to everyone who has tried to send us asks. Tumblr seems to keep eating everything up in our inbox, so we are not receiving anything at all. I don't know why it is doing that. Make sure to notify us twice just in case! Again, I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience!

& it's that time again, where ghouls and witches and zombies and creatures and all sorts of creatures go bump in the night roam the streets to scare and frighten and---ask for candy?

                         that's right everyone, it's    ђคɭɭ๏ฬєєภ ! 

Because the muns behind the glorious characters might have parties of their own to participate in during Halloween itself, the event is actually going to be spread out over a week. Starting next week, from October 21st until the 31st, all members will be invited to a Halloween party, hosted by none other than our own Hope. Characters will be dressed up (and if they refuse, well, they'll be forced into some kind of costume at the party) and it'll be like a party for the muses. But, of course, no Halloween event could ever be that simple, right? Unbeknownst to the muses, whatever creature they come dressed as, they'll be turned into--physically and mentally, though they might retain their original memories. ( Up to the muns, really. )

Invitations will be sent out to every member by Sunday afternoon and if you and your character want to participate, simply respond to the invitation IC asap and if you don't, then simply respond saying so. Those involved will have a starter post with their urls tagged sometime that Monday, and from there it's like an actual party: mingling with everyone there and creating chaos or having fun or blowing things up or whatever they feel like.

Threads should be tracked by tagging [ 'fd halloween' ] so anyone can keep track of things easily.

Other than that, there's the Halloween tradition of Trick or Treating, and we're certainly not going to ignore that! Every member can go Trick or Treating in another's ask box and get candy. Each candy gets a point and the one with the highest points gets a prize! (it'll be a surprise of course, shhh) You don't necessarily only have to go other members' asks--you can go into those outside of the group and ask for candy, though of course if you get candy from FD members, it's more points. By the end of the event, you simply have to provide the urls for the received candy (which will better explained at a later date) and someone from the committee will let you know if you've won or not! This event only lasts for the week of Halloween--so that means October 27th till 31st. Don't wait until the last minute!

There was that one box with the sphere hunter's name written in scarlet letters that differed from the other pile of gifts. Rectangular shaped, wrapped in orange shimmering giftwrap and tied with a golden yellow bow, it just screamed her name with just one look. The card tucked neatly under the bow contained the same writing pattern as the written name, also done in red ink.

Merry Christmas Rikku. I had the strangest feeling you might like this and if not, I baked you an extra gift of these. I made sure to pack them so they would still be fresh when you eat them.

I hope your holidays are grand. I look forward to seeing you more often in the coming new year as well. After all, we're friends, aren't we?
