god robin probably had to earn trust even harder in the original timeline, if i take the idea that they arrived around the time of chapter 6. thats a highly suspicious time to appear in chroms life and save him. Chrom would trust them immediately, because chrom was gravely injured and robin saved them from further hurt, but frederick is even MORE inclined to distrust them than in the awakening timeline, because their arrival is just a lil too convenient. what an odd time to appear and cement themselves as a member of chrom’s shepherds........ interesting.
which is why they ended up all messed up and grima’d by the end, because the nature of their miraculous arrival and their likely unwillingness to disclose their past would lead to a disconnect with the shepherds, and so, the ties dont bind, and robin goes all grima. godddddddddd yes
its super awkward seeing lucina’s exalted eye because it makes her look weird. like, the stereotypical cartoonish ‘crazy’ eyed look, because the brand makes one pupil LOOK smaller. i dont think it is smaller, but it looks like it, and it looks off

ok so i had a dream, it was a bunch of fe:a characters in something very tangentially inspired by stardew valley, lets go
so, i guess im technically Robin in the situation. anyway, we get into a super bad fight, like we’re gonna get ROCKED, totally rocked. and this old lady says ‘if you can get to an altar through the secret forests, you can combine special gems to make something to turn the tide of battle’
so, i take a small team with me. its chrom, lissa, old lady, and.... gaius?? why gaius? i dont know! but we’re going through these secret woods, the old lady is leading the way, i dont think im actually physically there because im robin being all weird.
the stardew valley comes in because we’re using an axe to get through these special trunks that block our way.
the old lady is super old and overexerting herself, and everyone else is having issues to, its a long way, we’re all tired from a long campaign or something
we’re ALMOST at the end, like we straight up get to the last trunk or something, the old lady is on her last legs, full on just sorta flops over. chroms having issues, hes the dude with the axe, but he shuffles around, grabs the old lady and they keep walking. and this lady starts complaining that they need to go on without her, and she throws the crystals (that shes carrying) at lissa. then she dies, idk, i sorta skipped that
we get to this altar, and we use it to summon this super cool gem. we go to grab it, then some weird assassin fuck comes up and like STRAIGHT UP stabs chrom, you can see the knife and everything. lissa starts screaming, but before this assassin can grab the crystal, gaius grabs it. then gaius just sorta.... fucks off?? like, he throws ONE knife at this assassin, and leaves lissa to deal with her dying brother and an assassin?
it basically end sup as the two of them (lissa and assassin) sitting across from each other, the assassin’s super toying with her, blocking anything she does. shes trying to be semi pacifist, like, knock him out with stones and books. then someone (either gaius or chrom, idk) justtells her to stab him. so she does??? its very awkward. shes very uncomfortable. she ends up just sorta scrambling backand screaming some more
as for chrom?? i think the whole thing was that the crystal is keeping him alive now cause its super magic. lissa’s a healer, anyway, so he’s PROBABLY ok. idk. i got woken up and couldnt finish this thrilling story
so that was fun
