THOSE ARE ENEMIES!!!!! ferdinand finds hubert genuinely repulsive and if it weren’t for the structure of the empire then hubert would have ferdinand killed for looking at him wrong. their early supports could easily be replaced with fistfights and the same message would get across. give felix more credit for being genuinely sweet to sylvain and holding affections for him even when he disagrees with his actions. and give ferdinand more credit for his capacity to be a hating petty bitch lol
