@fearled LIKED FOR A STARTER !
Dale’s just kind of. Lingering at the door, eyeing the class. It’s the end of the day. He’s already talked to dearest Principal Wells about his current investigation, seen a few staff members like head of security David Madsen, and next on his list is a Mr. Jefferson. Soooon as his class ends. Cooper realizes he must look very strange to students - he’s noticed they keep giving him odd glances, but what can be expected in an honors school like this? It must be tight-knit.
Plus, he’s essentially been staring at the class for a good minute. Sure would be nice if the damn bell would just -
And with the shrill ring, Dale jumps a bit. He hasn’t been in a high school during active hours in YEARS. It’s an odd experience. He steps aside as students funnel out the door, and he ends up wading through the stragglers to get inside. Of course, someone has to stay behind to ask questions, so Dale gets the privilege of waiting around uncomfortably, tapping his foot, and glancing around the classroom until their little meeting is adjourned.
