So I'm pretty sure I have adhd. I have been looking at your links and relate to almost everything but, I can't go to the doctor willy nilly because we don't have a lot of money. I was wondering if you knew any more sources that could help me get a clearer idea on whether or not I have it before I get official help? It just makes so much sense as to why I have trouble with alot of the thing i do.

Have you been to TotallyADD yet? It’s linked from the Online Resources page. Another thought is to look up some of the books from our Reading List at your library. In particular, Ned Hallowell’s books and Russell Barkley’s books will have good information to help you figure it out, including questionnaires that are similar to the ones your doctor will probably use.
