What can I do to overcome my fears?

You need to start looking at things from a new angle. Take a step back from what’s scaring you or causing you negativity, and take it all in. What is it? What’s causing it? What’s making it worse, or better? Remove all emotion from the situation if you can, and come at it from a purely analytical place. Does it seem so scary when you take your emotions out of it? Or is it smaller and easier dealt with than you originally anticipated? Sometimes the best way to overcome something is to try a different approach. Don’t ever be afraid to come at a problem from all angles: Mind, body, and soul.
