haven’t posted #selfie #picture for awhile bc of not just my #weight - still hard to drop after #cancers and #covid …restricted on #workout bc endurance and #breathing BUT was been just as hard is #hairloss from covid-long haulers. Hair is so thin can’t even braid it, no growth in 3mos & hair fallout is so emotional -just as tough is eyebrow loss. Have to use #makeup to pencil them in wish to #tattoo #featheringbrows but found it it’s like $300-400 OMG … I really never grew my eyelashes back after chemo but I’m more sad about my brows then hair. I try to #relax and #sleep but my body is stressing out over this trauma and #money With lack of sleep have terrible dark baggy eyes I’m learning to have patience but it’s hard I know #sleep helps but this week is a rollercoaster of #menopause #hot-flashes at night.
