My very first independent short film “Paper Tulips” was screened at @whisfilmfest 10 years ago. It was the very first festival I ever travelled to and screened at. I still remember not knowing anyone, had never networked before and met this one girl who I clung onto for dear life. Now a decade later, I am honoured to be a part of the #featureprojectlab with a group of talented filmmakers. Thanks Angie Nolan and Lucy Harris for putting on two amazing phases for us to learn, broaden our horizons, hone our projects, and meet executives. I had a blast and made some great connections that will help further my project and my career.
