This illustration is based in a friend photography that has been taken in New York (thanks Gonza for authorize me to take this photo for the illustration!) and I have changed some things to get the look like it was from a Sailor Moon episode.

City Pop: Recoleta

Recoleta is a barrio or neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina, located in the northern part of the city, by the Río de la Plata. The area is perhaps best known to be the home of the distinguished Recoleta Cemetery. It is a traditional upper-class and conservative neighborhood with some of the priciest real estate in the city, known for Paris-style townhouses, lavish former palaces and posh boutiques. And I made this as a reminder that this neighborhood is awesome <3

City Pop. Now animated! I used Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate and Adobe Premiere Pro to achieve this result. May be simple, but I'm learning new tools. This is the first illustration from my City Pop series. This is based in a photography I took in Zürich, Switzerland.
