albus- did your sister ever tell you it was scorpius who caused her to get hurt?

no, and i don’t know what your aiming to achieve by bringing this information to light, scorpius already told me. i wasn’t going to push my little sister into relieving something so traumatic, i was waiting for her to tell me in her own time and not push her into it. but yeah, i knew scorp was the one that did it and i’m not mad. people need to remember he doesn’t remember anything, and that pushing people too far can result in terrible things happening.

“hello?” tris questioned as she looked up from her book, her eyes locking with the boy in front of her. “are you lost or something?” she joked lightly, closing her book as she gave the other her full attention. “are you going to stand there like a guppy or sit down?” she teased the boy, waiting for him to decide what he wanted to do. “i promise i don’t bite, at least not very hard.”

for albus — if you could only pick harry or scorpius to get their memories back and the other would never remember, who would you pick?

albus stared blankly for a moment, recalling all his memories and the history he shared with the two. he swallowed hard before attempting to answer. “that’s…” he shook his head, feeling the tears started to form at the back of his eyes. “that’s not fair.” he paused, biting down on his bottom lip. “it’s not just me that it affects..” he shook his head again, trying to wake himself up, convincing himself it was all some kind of nightmare. “if my dad got his memories back then it would make my mum, my sister, my brother happy.” he inhaled deeply. “but if scorpious didn’t get his memories back it would be like the other half of me was missing.” the boy rubbed the bridge of his nose as he nodded his head. “can i choose the option of that i lose my memories? because either choice is going to hurt.”

“does scorpious count? by adoption.” he joked lightly. “all jokes aside, it’s a tie between james and hugo, even if it’s one sided, they’re fun to be around and talk to.”

“At this point it wouldn’t even surprise me.” The brunette grinned at the other boy. “I don’t even blame you, I’m not sure about you but i’m bored i need to spice my life up with some self sabotage.” He ran a hand through his hair as he raised an eyebrow at his friend. “What do you say, a little bit of self destruction for you Friday morning?”

Albus shrugged his shoulders as he rubbed the bridge of his nose. “Some nosey blonde who seems to think she needs to know everything about everyone.” Albus groaned as he looked over to his friend. “How long have you been in Washington for? Please tell me long enough to hate it?”
