June 27. Treat Yo Shelf Day. So I know I missed the deadline (oops), but I took this picture earlier and was doing mass BPC uploads today and figured why not. This is the view from my writing desk, with all my writing books, and for treat yo shelf day I put the tiny succulent named Dru in her new forever home! She’s a boo-boo plant, so she was in a capsule for a while, but she recently outgrew said capsule so I went thrifting and found this teeny tiny pot for fifty-three cents. She and teeny tiny Groot are now best friends, and they’re adorable.
Also, I’m not an A+ musical person, but at work yesterday the “Hooked on a Feeling” song came on the radio, and my contribution to bookish lyrics is “I-I-I I’m booked on a feeling”! (Bad, I know. But now I hope the song is stuck in all y’all’s heads. You’re welcome.)
