It's a fix-it fic on AO3. C/C but not until the end I believe. Coulson is 'dead' and Clint leaves. He ends up in an old house that needs fixing up. Coulson shows up and Clint thinks he's a ghost. I think I remember a lot of broken windows, an attic, a radio. Phil leaves at one point but comes back. Clint is really really broken in this.
