low appetite life hack: smoothie. It's awesome because it doesn't feel like I'm eating actual food yet has the caloric and nutritional content of a meal if you mix enough stuff in it. Also a good way to eat more fiber. Doesn't work if your low appetite is so bad that even liquids feel icky, but hey, it's worth a shot. Like I just drank a bowl of fruit with honey and protein in it.
