If you don't have an hour in the day for your good habit start with a couple of min and work your way up. Some ideas: Do 10 squats per min for 2 min. Walk for 5 min. Do a 10 min beachbody on demand workout. You can even practice a re-centering/meditation exercise by simple closing your eyes, separating from technology and practice deep breathing for 1 min as well as yawning (aiming for complete detachment and relaxation). Then make that 1 min 2, the 2 min 5, the 10 min 20 and work your way higher from there. Change starts with you not from anyone else.
