Upsetting how relevant the political commentary in ds9 still is
Every time I watch ds9 I get gayer about Jadzia and Kira
I love that the first time River gets in the tardis (not the first time the tardis meets river-do we even know when that is?) She all like "let's kill hitler" and despite the fact that river literally shoots the tardis on the way there, they still end up in the right place.
The tardis is just like you know what girl I've been with the doctor for hundreds of years and not once has he suggested something like that, you're right. We SHOULD kill Hitler.
Like half the time on completely random normal trips the tardis decides that actually they need to go somewhere else right now (sometimes i think it's just to spite the doctor) but this particular trip is complete chaos and River SHOOTS THE TARDIS and she still takes them exactly where river wanted to go.
River can't even fly the tardis yet at this point. She isn't even River yet. And she still has a better handle on everything than the doctor.
I love that the tardis has a favorite and that it isnt the doctor.
