When we first brought Athena home she refused to eat frozen/thawed rodents for several weeks. We eventually broke down and offered her a live rat which she eventually took. For the longest time it seemed pretty hopeless that she would ever eat anything that wasn't already dead until one feeding two weeks ago when she out of nowhere ate a frozen/thawed rodent. Today I offered her a pre-killed rat pup and after several strikes she grabbed it and coiled it. I left her alone in peace to eat her meal and when I returned about an hour later to check on her she had a nice fat belly. Words can't describe how over the moon I am right now.
