does anyone know what it means when crows whisper?? Like it sounds like multiple people whispering at once. They always do it when I start feeding them. I can’t find any articles about it, so maybe they’re just mimicking someone whispering
“Silence met his shroud of faceless enmity
Whilst sixty hollow eyes bore his reflection back.
A fluttering of feathers, a corvid’s whispered tongue,
And thus they fell on him, his form there to ascend.
Each piece took they, to heaven’s door,
Through fat, through muscle, and sinew too,
Until likeness was of he to they: of bone, of feather and nothing more.”
