I have no idea how to really describe my fitness level. Like I can easily lift an extremely large dog who is dead weighting himself so he doesn’t have to take medicine, but anything having to do with lifting my own arm repeatedly, like hanging up laundry, hurts. I can walk for a very long time, but as soon as stairs are introduced it’s game over. Maybe an endurance issue?
