feehlo I completed that food diary for a week here it is On most days I'm getting out of bed around 9/10am and going to bed around 11pm (sleeping at around 2/3am) just to put the meal times in perspective Also I drink a glass or 2 of water throughout the day esp when I haven't mentioned a drink w a meal I just never write it down ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Tuesday: 11:00: toasted bagel with butter and a hot chocolate made with semi skimmed milk 12:00: packet of peanut m&ms 13:30: cheese and ham toastie, bottle of coke 18:00: iced and spiced bun 18:30: can of coke 19:30: (dinner at a restaurant) some mackerel (lol fish?) and 2 pieces of bread guinea foul with potatoes and cheesy cream sauce Chocolate melt in the middle thing w a ball of caramel ice cream 2 glasses of Buck's Fizz Wednesday: 11:00: hot chocolate made w semi skimmed milk 11:30: 2 pieces of brown bread (full of seeds and nuts etc) with butter and marmite & a coffee with milk and 1 sugar 15:00: a (big) bowl of plain spiral pasta with grated cheddar cheese and a can of coke 18:00: large popcorn & tango (went to the cinema) a handful of sweets and chocolate Thursday 10:15: 2 hot cross buns with butter and a cup of tea with a dash of semi skimmed milk 13:00: pasta w tomato sauce and spicy chicken with a glass of coke 17:00: snickers bar 20:15: pasta in creamy sauce w leak and thick cut ham (I just love pasta ok) and a can of coke Friday: 10:30: coffee with milk and one sugar 11:45: snickers bar (ok today wasn't a good food day) 15:00: 3 slices of pepperoni pizza & a bottle of summer fruit oasis and a packet of twiglets 20:00: fajitas so 2 flour tortillas filled w chicken, peppers, onions (ur fave), sour cream, cheese and spices and 2 glasses of pear wine Saturday: 9:00: vanilla latte w one sugar from Starbucks and a bacon butty with ketchup 10:30: plain latte w sugar 13:30: a burger w bacon and cheese, some chips w ketchup, a small glass of coke 16:00: a small bag of sweet and salt popcorn and a twirl chocolate bar 20:00: left over chicken fajitas with a portion of rice and 2 glasses of pear wine stuff Sunday 11:00: two pieces of brown toast w butter 13:00: several pieces of Terry's chocolate orange 14:00: a can of coke and a salmon and cream cheese sandwich 16:00: a hot cross bun w some butter and a hot chocolate made w semi skimmed milk 20:00: lamb with 4 roast potatoes, a raw carrot and gravy and a glass of pineapple juice with Malibu Monday: 10:00: two pieces of brown toast, one with jam and one with marmite 10:30: hot chocolate with semi skimmed milk 12:00: a can of Irn bru 16:00: a bag of popcorn, a bottle of Mars milkshake, and a few chocolate and icing covered lebkuchen 20:45: tuna and cheese ciabatta with a can of coke Tuesday: 10:30: a few lebkuchen and a coffee w semi skimmed milk and sugar 11:30: a small bag of popcorn and a glass of ribena 15:15: 3 pieces of brown toast with spicy hummus and a cup of tea 20:30: a bowl of leak and potato soup with a buttered bread roll and a can of coke
