The best thing that happened today.
I have learned quite a few poses on aerial silks throughout these times of visiting our friends who own them. But I wasn't able to move on to drops or the next skill level because I lacked the upper body strength to climb. Not anymore! Today, I did it. I climbed high and tried new tricks. It is the only goal I had for this trip and I did it. I feel awesome and tired and strong. I am strong enough to climb up fabric and hang and float. Such an incredible feeling.
