Feeling slightly more optimistic today. Yesterday at the doctor we decided to raise my dosage on my medication and also to take it in the morning instead of at night. I had said I’d been having trouble sleeping through the night, but also that I’ve been drinking more caffeine that normal. She said that my medication could effect sleep, so I’m switching that to morning. Last night I didn’t take it and I slept pretty well! I didn’t even take a nap today, which is a first for a while. So that makes me a bit more optimistic. I’m also on day 2 of no binge, so that’s good. I’m still itching to go for a run, so that’s still frustrating. My leg continues to feel better, but I can’t risk it doing that popping thing again. It’s only been a week since the last time. I’m hoping to hear from the doctor about getting the ultrasound appointment to make sure it’s not a blood clot, so we can start figuring out how to fix whatever is actually wrong.
