Ok. I never take photos like this, but I'm posting this one because this is the first time in my life that I have any kind of muscle tone in my arms, ever! And it feels good! This has happened in the few short weeks I've been back home, doing just 4 simple arm exercises given to me by my physical therapist to do every other day.
