Finally got the Feeple60 Moe body with short legs to try my Volks F-11 on. I expected a bad bad resin match but it's actually really ok and I like the hybrid! She's so adorable 😭😭😭
Mayyybe different hands would be good, the style on those is a lil too cartoony perhaps. I'll think about it. See if any of my current stash work.

I snagged an entirely too good deal on this Feeple60 Moe body on the marketplace. The seller sanded all her seams, which left slight whitish patches all over, so was selling her for less than half marketplace value, plus included a beautifully faceup'd SQ Lab Navi head "for free."
I don't care at all about the white spots or slightly smaller (sanded neck), so I am super stoked to have one of these bodies I never thought I'd get.
I was hoping it would fit the Lilycat Loolou better in size than the Limhwa body, and I think it does!
But overall I am surprised how much I like the body. I originally got into BJDs because of FairyLand, then slowly fell out of love with them because the faces and bodies were kinda ... inorganic? I got into Limhwa and loved the rough texture of the handmade pieces, and all the character of the faces.
Then I got the FairyLine (msd size) body just because I decided it would be good pattern seller, but never loved it. Mine is slippy and floppy as heck, and sort of devoid of handmade feel. (Miss Bunny is a bombshell on it though so maybe I should rethink my aversion.)
I expected this F60 Moe body to be much the same level of "meh", but a good height for the Loolou. However, the body's got it. Whatever magic makes me like a thing, it has. The legs aren't spindly, but downright chubby by BJD standards. She's heavy, but not awkward. She doesn't flop or pose stiffly, but glides smoothly and organically, much like the Twigling body. She's stylized heavily but it works. Her hands are delicate and cartoony pointy. I like it a lot!
Also super teeny compared to the Supia 65cm body 😅 Handling the Supia body after the Moe body was a bit of a slap in the face. Supia is stiff and still scary heavy, like if she topples it will break my nose. If I didn't need it to be so big for the Limhwa head (and the sculpted details are sooo pretty), I would be reselling it already.
Anyway Moe body! Big thumbs up from me at this point! I know my tastes sort of keep evolving but for now, it works great. Also helps that her pointy little flat feet still fit in SD size heeled shoes so I don't have to dish out for optional foot parts :D I love these shoes.
Had an exciting day this week when Ganymede's body upgrade arrived. 😍 ✨ The neck mech was already swapped for an s-hook, but the topknot was still too big. Restringing wasn't too terrible, but it was definitely tougher than a minifee. 😰 So happy she's on this Feeple60 Moe body now! Next steps are to buy other f60 hand sets, and clean/reblush and tattoo this body. 😀✌

She is a Fairyland Feeple60 Moe Cygne, I can't wait! I have always wanted a fairyland doll bit I could never decide on a sculpt. And I think the moe60 body is just beautiful <3 I can't wait till she comes home. She will be the first doll I ordered blank, I'm thinking I want Culur to do her faceup if she is taking commissions right now. I love her work <3 But anyway... I'M SO EXITED! I'll post pictures when I get her.
