I figured I might as well kick off this review page with my all time favorite beer. Pliny the Elder is a beer that has generated plenty of hype over the years. The hype stands. Not because it's super experimental but because it isn't. Pliny stands tall with its classic flavors, it's punchy bitterness and the pure freshness of it. "Do Not Age" is printed loud and proud on this bottles label for a reason. Enjoy this at its freshest but savor it while you have it. Feerless Rating: 9.75 out of 10

Holy Sweet! I am no stranger to a sweet stout. Winter in Colorado might as well be coffee/chocolate stout season. Helluva Caucasian Stout has a little bit of everything (including peanut butter) "Inspired by the White Russian cocktail. Living the Dream brewing company has really brought the flavor with this one. Silky, toasty, sweet and oh so smooth, this ski inspired brewery really kicks you in the mouth with winter! Feerless Rating: 8.75 out of 10

"Heat May Vary" in this ipa but it's definitely there! Classic Sculpin by Ballast Point Brewing has always been a top tier India Pale Ale in my book. Now with the addition of Habanero peppers I just wanna fire up the grill and sip this on my porch. It's packed full of those classic West Coast IPA flavors with a subtile, mouth watering, kick. You feel this juicy beer all the way down without any acidic after burn in your stomach. I love spicy food so naturally I've made wing sauces and beer batters with it!
