Idea for a feh crackfic I came up with while working i guess:

Alfonse is carted back to Askr looking like a crumpled piece of tissue paper. Everyone thinks he might be dead. As the Summoner is grieving and paying respects, Alfonse by some weird miracle is actually still alive somehow. The summoner then exclaims "Jesus Christ on a pogo stick, you're alive!" Since no one in Askr knows about Jesus nor do they know what a pogo stick is, Alfonse and everybody else in the room looks at them genuinely confused. Kiran then has to explain what a pogo stick is. Then they explain the phrase "Something you'd say when something shocking happens. Like could you imagine if you just turned around and you saw Lord Askr jumping on a pogo stick. That would be really weird and surprising right???? Same idea but with a religious figure from my world." They turn around only to see Askr come out of a gate jumping on a pogo stick. And then later after Alfonse gets healed by a cleric, Anna gets the idea to reverse engineer the pogo stick and then makes a crap ton of her own pogo sticks and sell them. Soon pogo sticks become craze in askr rivaled only by the fidget spinner craze in our world. Kiran looks around them and is like "Whhhyyyy? Why is everyone like this now?" As they are surrounded by heroes jumping on pogo sticks.

The moral of the story: boredom does weird shit to you and you make up stories about fictional people on pogo sticks, I guess.

FEH AU where Kiran is from Askr while Alfonse, Sharena, and Anna are all from the World of Steel. None of their heritages have changed, it’s just that there was a big accident that screwed with their dimensional placement.

When Kiran was born (in the World of Steel), Breidablik broke out of its containment and flew away to be at his side. Askr’s royals rushed to retrieve it, but in doing so, accidentally crossed their portal-opening magic with Breidablik’s power. This resulted in three small babies—the prince and princess, plus their close friend who descended from a rich line of merchants—getting lost in the World of Steel, whilst a small young boy lands with a thump in the World of Zenith. Breidablik slid into his tiny hand and rested there, as if it hadn’t just stolen away the heirs to the throne.

As a result, Kiran grows up in the palace. Whilst he lacks parents in the traditional sense, everyone within the castle ends up growing fond of him. He grows up as the Great Hero of Askr, as well as its sole heir, but is also very sheltered.

In the meantime, Alfonse, Sharena, and Anna are all separated and adopted in the World of Steel. Alfonse works towards finding his missing sister, Sharena grins her way through a cosmetology degree, and Anna becomes a well-known con artist… until a frantic prayer from a Askran summoner calls them to provide assistance in the conflict, that is! As the four investigate their connections and the reality of their births, they’ve also got to deal with constant invasion and—perhaps worst of all—teenage emotions.
