fel frost elemental. evil cold dosnt bring peace, it brings terror. remember other fel spires, storm, not making u improve, just tortures. fires, dosnt destroy for renewal, destroys to dominate. Fel rain, is acid and poison clouds, anti-civ. this guy has taken over a tribe of tiefling runaways. they dont realise there is another type of living, even if the peace of the mortal lands was true, they are surly super racist right?
BELOW a felfrost cultist. she wants to punish people, kill them horribley, as a mercy, they should be further along toward reincarnation as a free mortal. impossable not to be a sinner while living here, her solution is to be brutal. dosnt care about self, beyond satisfaction of being 'right' thinks shes giving her hope of redemption to save others (like a murderer sending babies to heaven).

below is the felfrost spire. one towering glacier in needle shape. the fortress is full of prisoners, and fel ice elementals. the village is actually the felfrost university. fel frost ele wander the buildings like urban wildlife, they can move through the ice like air.
a tribe has come to join the cult. they are not on the great plateox where the devil kingdoms are, they are below the ciff, west side, where the felfrost tower bleeds ice flows down to the frigid abyss coast where they camp. ghouls will attack, carving through tunnels upward, they get flooded by lake of the drowned, hunted by a fel knight and fel ice elem at the base.
