Stupidest thing you've ever done
Said yes to a marriage proposal. Just because “ring by spring” is a thing doesn’t mean it should be.
Where you afraid of becoming a royal when you were engaged to the prince?
That’s not what you have to be afraid of when it comes to being engaged to the prince, so no.

Hot Tea's and Homemade Chocolate
On Thursday, September 18th, 2008, the Secret Chocolatier unveiled to the willing (and boy were they willing) public some of his new homemade chocolate recipes. Summer Plum of Felicitea had worked with us to build a tea and chocolate pairing with funds to help Robin and I to Terra Madre 2008.

Homemade Chocolate and Felicitea Tea Tasting, photos by Andy Ciordia
The event was great! With a last minute altercation we met at The Perk on South and catered to a small crowd of loyal and new faces. Summer skillfully built the pairings; a floral jasmine with our chocolate pate & caramel sauce, a summer oolong with the chocolate brownie big bites, and a beautiful vanilla spice with our indulgent chocolate torte.

From one palate to another, I was blown away.
I was one who has thought the art of wine and chocolate to be a long and lovely road. Never did I imagine what a spectacle could be made with the delicate intertwining of tea and chocolate. It impressed us so much we’re going to have to do more of these, you have got to try it!
We had a lot of fun. Summer and Bill felt like they were giving audience to a court and enjoyed themselves immensely. We were able to meet some new faces and tell the tale of growing young businesses and share in the joy of our products.
