when adopting, please specify the adopt by name so that I know which one you're interested in - these are also being sold on both TH and Tumblr, so I will try to keep both updated on which are taken
when adopted, the adopter will receive the file without the watermark
these are set price and I don't have any intention of settling for a lower price

also I do have some adopt rules below the cut:
1. Always credit the design I did. TH is KyraTheShadowMonarch
2. You can make whatever changes you need to a design. Of course, I would prefer if some of the base design was still recognizable, since it makes no sense to completely change an adopt.
3. I do have the right to refuse to allow you to commission me or buy an adopt.
4. Out of respect, I ask you not to resell adopts and customs for more than you've spent on them. For example, if you buy an adopt from me for $10 and then spend $8 on commissions, I ask the max you resell it for is $18. I know I can't stop people from this, but it feels disrespectful to me to see an adopt being resold for more than it's worth.
5. There are no refunds for adopts. Once bought, it's bought and I apologize if you later decide if you do not like the design, but the sale is final.
If you act disrespectful to me or anyone who got an adopt instead of you, you will be blacklisted and potentially blocked.
I will not revoke designs done by me if rules are broken, as it's unfair to do that, but it will make me more wary about selling designs to you in the future.
