Challenge #03269-H360: Adopted by Potatoes
Their species is feline-like in origin. Several orphaned Skitty kittens start following them around, refusing to let the person out of their sight, getting distressed when the person is difficult for them to get to. -- Anon Guest
It was quite a thing to discover that one had been adopted by a small swarm of blobby potatoes. That was what Human Zeng would call them, but they were clearly Skittens. Skitty[1] kittens. They had also, very clearly, adopted Hurrasha as their parental.
They were LOUD when they got upset, and they got very upset when Hurrasha wandered too quickly away from them.
Some of the tiny hunters were willing to try climbing her legs. Hurrasha admired their tenacity. She gathered them into a basket so they wouldn't cry so much, and took them directly to the nearest Security personnel to be certain this wasn't stealing essential Station Staff[2]. It did not help that one of the 'blobby potatoes' was attempting to nurse on her.

“Hmm… Hey, Rita, I know it’s a bit late to bring this up, but are you sure that taking this job was a good idea?” Daisuki’s voice broke the silence as the ship parted the clouds on its way downward through the atmosphere.
“What ever do you mean?” Rita tilted her head, hardly looking away from her console as she responded to her glossy purple nya-vigator. “The data shows that this job is perfectly safe.”
“Quite simple too,” the pink cat robot continued as the ship made contact with the ground. A muffled thump echoes throughout the cabin as the struts in its legs take most of the shock. Dust billows up into view through the windscreen, kicked up by the impact and the engines’ thrust. “Our job is to collect samples of the local wildlife and, if we can, to learn more about the planet’s geology.” It seemed simple enough to her. She and her team are quite capable, so this was sure to be an easy job.
“Well – Yes, but…” The ‘eyes’ on Daisuki’s face mounted screens thin into a pair of lines, one of them with a small drawing that appears to represent sweat lines. “Mmmmrah, I dunno, you’ve seen some of the existing research on this planet, right?”
“Of course I have,” Rita replied. All of this information was safely stored in her memory, but – with well-practiced precision – she brings up the relevant articles on her computer screen with just a few keystrokes. “I am well aware that we are not the first ones to set foot on this planet. Other researchers were dispatched here, but their expeditions had failed. It is assumed that, due to their organic nature, the local wildlife found them very… appealing hosts.”
Taking a few moments to scan the articles in front of her, she takes note of a few keywords: body heat, attraction to warmth, symbiotic relationship, reproduction.
She shudders. That will not happen to her. With another button press, the holographic screen disappears with a fwip!
“Right,” Daisuki continues, “We don’t know much about this place, but everyone who comes here tends to return… bloated.”
“But—” Rita hesitated for a moment, “Well, that will not happen to us. Unlike everyone who has been here before us, we are not organic. There is no body heat for the slimes to be attracted to.”
“Well, as long as we’re expending energy, there’s technically—” Daisuki can hardly get a word in before Rita claps her hands together.
“So it is settled!” She announced in a voice that’s just a bit too loud, “Let us prepare to disembark. Seiko, have you been listening? …Seiko?”
Both heads turned to look at the Engineer’s position, off to the side of the cockpit – and the blue robot sitting in it. Her hair was long, much like Rita’s, but it flows more freely than the captain’s straight, sharp bangs. Her body is immobile, and her eyes dark, save for three letters that slowly scroll from right to left.
Z Z Z . . .
“Seiko!” Daisuki shouted, jolting the other robot out of Sleep Mode. “Have you been listening to anything we’ve been saying?”
“What? Something about slimes taking over people, right?” The pixelated eyes in her screens blinked a few times, hidden motors whirring to gain and retain focus. She leans back into her seat with a groan, tail twitching and curling as she crosses her arms. “So what? We’re Felinoids. What is a slime going to do to us? If I see one, I’ll just step on it.”
“…Eloquently put.” Rita simply replied. “Just, do not step on the wildlife. They are resilient, but it is prudent not to disturb the ecosystem more than absolutely necessary.”
“Aye aye, Cat’n,” her engineer replied, complete with half-hearted salute. Rita narrowed her eyes. She’d really have to ask Daisuki to help keep her in check.
“Hm. Anyway, as I was saying, let us prepare to disembark. The days here are short, and – as robust as we are – we cannot survive a night on the surface without freezing over.” Arising from her seat, she takes a moment to dust off her skirt. Not that there was any reason to – she always kept herself clean. Something about the action just felt satisfying to her. She supposed that, for a logically driven robot like herself, it didn’t make much sense.
Preparations were simple, consisting mainly of a review of the planet’s overall geography, due to the sheer straightforwardness of the job itself. The cave that the team was meant to enter was a bit of a trek away. Landing closer was not an option, due to the general instability of the planet’s crust. Dry land was too – orbital surveys had shown much of the surface to be covered in iced-over lakes. Caution was needed in order to approach the cave’s mouth, but the client had already provided a route.
With a pneumatic hiss, the ship’s rear stairway lowered. Rita, Daisuki, and Seiko got to see the planet’s surface for the first time – not counting what they through photographs or the windscreen. The dark purple surface was rocky, and shaped in a way that suggested previous, intense volcanic activity. Once upon a time, magma flowed freely, but had long since hardened into a series of almost organic-looking contours as the temperature decreased. In the distance, towering pillars continue to spew smoke and dribble material from the core, but these volcanoes were much too far away for their warmth to be felt. Where they are now, the robots could detect temperatures that would make any normal, furred catgirls shiver.
The trip was smooth so far, with Rita taking the lead. She loaded an AR overlay to her eye screens, following the path that it projected onto the ground. They were only a few hundred meters from their destination, when… CRRKK.
All at once, Rita lost her balance as the ground gave way beneath one of her feet – then the other. Then, her whole body went through. She heard Daisuki shout her name and felt her hands around her arm, but it was too little, too late. Sliding through the other cat’s grip, she felt herself enter freefall. As she tumbled through the air, she had just enough time to briefly fire her heel-mounted thrusters, stabilizing herself before she hit the ground.
“Rita! Rita?!” It wasn’t long before her comms crackled to life. A panel in her forearm flipped up, displaying a small screen taken up almost entirely by Daisuki’s face. “Oh, please tell me you’re okay!”
“I think I am okay… Thank you.” At least, she felt okay. A feeling that a quick diagnostic scan would soon confirm, “What about you two? Did you fall in?”
“Oh, thank goodness you’re okay, Ri-Ri… Um, no, we’re still up here! What should we do…?”
“Can’t you just fly back up here with those rockets?” Seiko’s face squishes its way onto the screen.
“I want to, but I fear that the shock would cause another cave-in…” Ugh. If only they brought Mel along. With arms like hers, she could just hoist her out of here. No such luck, though. Rita began to pace as she tried to think of a strategy. Unfortunately, only one option seemed to make sense.
“We’ll have to split up,” she said, opening the panel in her arm again. Her focus wavered for a brief moment as she sent a connection request to Daisuki. It was accepted almost immediately, and a file transfer was made. “These are the directions to the cave. I will try to meet you two there. Please be careful.”
“Hey, you-- -areful too!”, Daisuki’s voice crackles through the radio. Underground reception is never great… “You’d better be in one piece when we meet up, okay?”
“I will be just fine,” Rita replied, a small smile appearing on her face. Something about Daisuki’s attitude just had that effect on her. Another thing that didn’t make sense, she supposed. “Make sure Seiko doesn’t get into any trouble.”
“Hey! Trouble? You’re the one who fell—"
“Aye aye, Cat’n!”, Dai cut in, “Come on, Sis, let’s go.”
“What’s a ‘Sis’ anyway?”
With that, Rita closed her screen with a sigh. Okay, she thought, This could still work. After all, how hard could it be? They were close to the entrance anyway.
Now… where was she?
Rita spent some time walking, carefully scanning her environment as she ventured through the planet’s caves. It was a peaceful walk for the most part. The slimes here were docile, ignoring her as she stepped past them. They came in a variety of colors, from red to green to violet and everything in between. She eventually entered a small room, filled with fog. The source lay at the far end, one of many geothermal vents that dotted the otherwise cold planet.
Splat.
Rita stopped in her tracks. Something felt heavy and wet on her head. She reached up, and her paw found something thick and slick. She could feel it begin to drape across the top and sides of her head, filling her feline ears with a sloppy, wet squelch as they were engulfed. As she pulled her hand away, she could see the thick strings of green that bridged her fingers.
“Slime,” she declared with a tinge of disdain, closing one of her digital ‘eyes’ as the sludge started to droop down onto her face. “Ewwww.” She recalled that slimes used their adhesive properties to attach to ceilings. Once they grew big and heavy enough, they tended to drop down. It just so happened that Rita was underneath one when it decided to come down. Looking up, she could see that many more dotted the ceiling, just barely visible through the steam. More were about to come down, dropping with a wet PLAP that echoed off the walls. They’d join their brethren near the thermal vents, and she watched as the slime on her head followed suit. It slithered off of her with a soggy sound, like squeezing liquid out of a wet towel. Gross.
With the slimes distracted, she made her escape. There was an opening on the other side of the room, so she opted to head that way. Along the way, she entered an automated cooling cycle. Deep inside her frame, fans had begun to spin up, pulling in the warm, humid air from outside.
The next room was similar to the last, but much colder. It wasn’t like she was shivering – she was sure that she couldn’t outside of extreme cold – but her sensors told her that this would be uncomfortable for most biological species. A glance around the room would prove her point – all of the slimes here were dormant. A rainbow of goopy mounds dotted the floor, walls, and ceiling. Most slimes were about 15 inches tall. In the center of the room, however… was something much bigger.
As far as she could tell, it was a slime just like the rest, but it seemed more… developed? It had a long neck and a thick, bulky body. Its head looked as though it was meant to resemble a dragon, but with all of the edges sanded off until it was a smooth, simplistic shape. Its singular eye was closed, and its massive midsection gently rose and fell, as if it was breathing. It towered over the bot despite laying down, head laying on its forelegs crossed.
Its translucent body shimmered in the light, coloring the dark walls in mainly blue, with reds, greens, purples, oranges, and yellows joining the mix. But how could that happen? According to her research, slimes only came in a single color. Unless…
‘Of course…’
Other large slimes sat nearby, with different colors. Red-green, blue-yellow, orange-purple… They were big too, nearly chest height by her estimate.
‘They must have merged…’
A quick glance upwards would explain the room’s low temperature. It was open to the surface. Coupled with the fact that no vents could be found, it was no wonder this place was so cold. Ah well! That just made things easier. The Slime Dragon – yes, she was going to call it that until she could think of something better – was worrying, but she could simply sneak past all of them. Plus…
She stroked her chin as she got moving, feet making tinny thunks against the ground, ‘If they are dormant, I wonder if I could simply collect one here…’
Looking towards the floor, she picked the closest one. It was a big, blue thing. As dormant and still as the rest. She gingerly squeezed it, then lifted it up. It bounced in her hands, but otherwise stayed completely still.
She took a moment to heft it a few times, watching it wobble and sway like a big blob of jello. It was bigger than her head, and was a cloudy greenish-blue that betrayed its amalgamated nature. She could see its twin cores deep inside its cloudy, translucent body…
Fascinating.
It really was a good thing that she was able to get this lucky with her mission. Sure, it started rough - but at least she can get her sample and get out of here. As her body started to hum with the sound of her fans, she leaned closer to it. Another cooling cycle was beginning, but she also just felt good. Few things made her feel better than a job well done, except for maybe salvaging a job that could’ve easily gone wrong. Her body hums anew, and she let out a relaxed sigh, her cooling system pushing out warm, spent air... The second it hit the cool air, it fogged up, and she watched as her ‘breath’ hit the slime. It wobbled and wavered, causing her to briefly pull her head back.
Then, it jumped on her face. Rita yelped as her vision went blue, the slime pushing itself against her face with nearly enough force to knock her off her feet. She flailed, trying to push back but her hands simply went right through the slime. Rita tried to close her mouth, but she found that it wouldn’t fully shut. The slime wasn’t just smothering her, it was forcing its way inside. It flooded into her, easily filling her cheeks. As it touched her tongue, its sensors lit up. It was hard to describe the intense taste as anything other than…
ERR: Taste Undefined. Closest analogue . . . BLUE?
She again tried to push against it, finding the same result as before. Her hands simply sank into its malleable form with an audible bloop. Trying to pull her arms away from the slime didn’t help much either, the sheer viscosity of it keeping them right where they were, holding it and giving it a place from which it could jump into her.
“Mmhhaaa~mmfhh!” She whined, fear mounting. It was pushing deeper, now oozing down her throat with clear intent. Usually meant as a duct for the petroleum-based snacks on her home planet, the slime now used it as a path to slip down into her body. It hit the bottom, filling her fuel tank with a muffled squish. The metal groaned as it was stretched past its limits… With one final gulp, the last of the slime slipped past her lips.
“Uuuugghhh…” She groaned. Never had she felt so full. A quick query showed that she was at 115% of her normal capacity. She was never much of an eater back home, unlike Daisuki, preferring to get her energy from the electrical outlet instead. She could still taste the Blue on her tongue, and the inside of her mouth was still lined in that thick, viscous ooze. It was enough to make her shudder. Well, at least she collected her sampbbhuuURP.
Her hands darted to her mouth – only then did she realize they were still covered in goop – but that paled in comparison to the sound she just made. What was that? Her abdomen gurgled quietly at first, then louder, prompting her to look down at herself. She hadn’t noticed at first, but… did she get rounder? No, surely nh~hUUURP.
UGH. This was embarrassing! What do you call this silly noise anyway? Surely, it has a name… More importantly, what was causing it? Another internal check was made, and- ah.
Her ‘stomach’ – or fuel tank, as is the proper term – processes fuel by heating it to the point of incineration. It seemed that Slimes have… a much higher resistance to heat. Instead of combusting, it was just boiling. More importantly, it was producing warm, thick gas.
‘…Okay. Well. At least I have it. I just need to get out now. All I have to—’
BHHUURP
‘—do is meet up with the others.’
Uggh. She shuddered, a few lines of blush appearing on her screens. She really should be hating this. She does hate this! This is not proper. Robots do not burp. Her paw drifts to her middle as her fuel tank continues to boil and roil. Robots don’t gurgle either. She tried to shut it down, but the device refused to respond. Great.
And how did this even happen in the first place? The cave-in was unlucky, but why did the slime see fit to gravitate towards her? She wasn’t that warm, was she?
As she griped to herself, her ears swiveled as they detected a sound nearby. Something shuffled on the ground towards her, but she was too absorbed in her own thoughts to truly notice. Only when it was practically on top of her did she turn, and it was much too late.
The slime, this one yellow, approached from her left and pressed up to her abdomen in curiosity. She watched, stunned as it slowly rubbed up and down, exerting just a bit of pressure. She knew better than to touch it with her hands, given her last experience, so she opted to step away. The parts that were on her stuck to her like glue, stretching before the rest of its body jumped onto her.
“Ohhh, no. Not this again.” She pushed it down, but her eyes widened as it simply seeped between her fingers before slithering upward. Across her chest, and pressing against her mouth. Yeah, nice try. As long as she keeps her mouth shut, she’ll have enough time to think her way out of thi—
Bhhuuuur~mmMMFH…
Rita’s eyes widened as her own body – or the slime in it – betrayed her, her mouth lolling open to let out another deep, embarrassing belch. The Slime on her saw its chance, immediately filling the empty space with itself before she could react. It was driven by pure instinct, seeking the warmth that lay inside her. She closed her eyes, the blush returning to her face screens as she found herself powerless to stop it… A deep, thick gllp… gllp… gulp… echoed off the walls. She could feel it slosh down into her fuel tank - her internal readings climbing to 130%...140%...150%... – before it overflowed completely, slime oozing through her open vents, and collecting somewhere else…
“PWAHH…~” It was over more quickly this time, but she felt… Top heavy now. It didn’t take long to find out why.
“What the…?”
Looking down, she could hardly believe her eyes. She had breasts, or something vaguely resembling them. Her chest plate had bent outward and was continuing to do so as she felt – and heard – the Slime settling inside. It reminded her of the organics that she’d seen on her way to this planet, but a bit more modest. Her middle had grown too, she was sure of it this time. Rita groaned as she realized it: she was getting fat.
A few more blush lines appeared on her screens.
She felt so heavy too… At least she had—bbhhuuurp– two samples to bring back now? Ugh. She’s going to need an overhaul to clean all this gunk out…
She’d hardly gotten time to think about that, before something hit her head with a wet SLAP. Immediately, the audio from her ear-microphones was filled with a sludgy, thick squelching sound. The Third Slime oozed against her ears, pressing against the seams between them and the rest of her head assembly. It couldn’t be trying to… oh no.
She had to get out of here now. She was fine with an overhaul, but she didn’t want to think about what would happen if the Slime got inside her head, mostly because it’d be really gross. Two samples were more than enough anyway. She didn’t need three!
Rita found her body slow to respond with all the additional weight, and she couldn’t dodge as another Slime slipped in front of her. Stumbling to a halt, she tried to step around it, but it kept blocking her exit. She took a step back as it lurched towards her. She really didn’t have time for… for—ff—f-f-forr—
The slime had nudged her ears just enough to barely open the gaps between them and her head. It began to seep inside, draping itself across her most delicate circuitry, sparks briefly flying as wire after wire began to short. Rita couldn’t feel lightheaded, but she felt something like that as she stumbled and swayed, before falling on her butt. Her yellow eyes dimmed and briefly flickered as the slime filled her head with its insulating ooze, dulling her thoughts and leaving her feeling… fuzzy… Communication between her head and her body was slow. Communication with her own memory was intermittent… She was here for something, right? How did she get here…?
A silly, breathy chuckle left her lips, followed by a heavy BHUUUURP that bounced off the cave’s walls.
…Mwrow, she’d gotten pretty big, huh? Mostly in the middle though. Her hands rubbed the sides of her tummy – was there a better word for it? – and she gave herself a few pats. The slime inside was constantly burbling, and she let out a quiet purr in response.
Something touched her foot, and she flinched. …A few seconds after the fact, as her sensors struggled to communicate with her CPU through all the muck-addled wiring. Dimly tilting her head, she looked down to see the cutest little pink slime…
“Awww… Hey little guy…~” She lilted, lazily waving at it, “Youbbhrrrp… Bwah,,, You need somethin’?”
Gosh, it was the same shade as her paint… How adorable. It was kinda like her, but… smaller and shinier? It replied to her with a wobble and a sloshy sway, before climbing up her leg and jumping to her waiting hands. She took a few seconds to look at it… Something in her memory tugged at her. She was supposed to do something with these… but the thought went up in smoke as she felt a device disconnect, then reconnect.
The slime seemed to know what it wanted, though. It jumped to her face, her slack jaw providing no resistance as it filled her throat like the others. Muffled bbhrrps and barely-stifled moans could be heard as it joined its brethren inside her… She felt it settle in her body… Then she went stiff as she heard a POP!~
Looking down, her chest plate had buckled completely, filling out into a proper set of tits. She palmed them up, letting out a quiet ‘ooohh…’ as she hefted them both. She was made of, like… PlastiMetal, right? How was she so soft now? Well, she felt really good anyway, so it probably didn’t matter… The way her boobies sloshed as she played with them was too much of a distraction anyway.
Rita rubbed the side of her head as she recalled something. Oh, right, she’s supposed to get out of here, isn’t she? With a disappointed purr, she started to get up… She’d almost wanted to stay here… Something sloshed forward in her head, and her eyes flickered again. Next thing she knew, she was on the ground again, butt up in the air, boobs squished against the floor.
Then again… Why not stay here? Here felt nice, and her body was so heavy.
She was supposed to like, collect these little guys anyway, right? They felt so good inside her… She wanted more of that…
Good thing she was in a room full of them. She spent the next several minutes following her directive, picking up and eating slimes. Her frame grew wider and rounder with each one. Her bosom grew more defined, going from a simple rounded chest to something resembling a fat bust packed into a tight bra. Her stomach spilled down, her plates buckling and sinking down over her skirt, which was itself stretched from the pressure of her widening thighs. It had gone from a gurgle to a near-constant roil, a kettle of boiling slime and a place where other slimes simply moved and sloshed about. A value flickered onto her fuzzy HUD, just barely making itself known to her:
Tank Capacity: 300%!!
Which she immediately discarded, then forgot just as quickly. Her tummy felt so nice and full, and she could tell that her slimes liked it just as much as she did. They gurgled softly, and she purred in return… Her servos strained as she began to walk, leaving deep footprints in the dirt.
Her entire body felt like it was wobbling, and she let out an airhead giggle as she teetered from side to side. Her body was wobbling, her hands sank into her heaving, swaying belly. She just couldn’t keep her hands off herself. Her chest was so big now, she couldn’t look down past it. So plush under her touch too. She was addicted to her own silly, fat self.
Then, Rita remembered something. There was still a slime in the very center of the room. The biggest one of all.
Rita and the Slime Dragon laid eyes on each other at the same time. It must have woken up while she was busy eating all those yummy slimes and getting nice and soft. It regarded her with an unreadable expression, tilting its head like the animal that it was. It raised its tail, showing off a ball near the tip. It glittered in the light… Something about it enraptured Rita, and she slowly wandered closer to it. She ran her hand along the Dragon’s side, her fingertips leaving carefree trails as she went towards the rear. Its stomach had a dim glow that was emitted by the hundreds of round little shapes inside. She paused briefly to look at them all… They were small and round, and every color of the rainbow. They looked soooo cute! She wondered dimly if she could eat them…
A glint of light hit her eye, reminding her of the tail she was chasing. It swayed tantalizingly before her, before receding back a few feet. She gave chase, forgetting what she had seen as she wobbled and thumped after it. Finally, she caught it, putting her hands around it so it wouldn’t escape. Unlike the Lesser Slimes, this one seemed to have more integrity to its skin. As slowly drew closer to the bauble on its tail, she noticed that the tail’s tip was dripping. Weird… The tail shook again, and her limited attention was again drawn to the Bauble. It was as though it was made of opal. A pale color mostly, with the tiniest shards of pastel color just under the surface. It gave the entire thing a rainbow sheen unlike anything she had remembered seeing before. It was her whole world… Internal queries were generated and forgotten, flurrying in her CPU, tumbling over themselves until it became a loop of “What is that? What is it made of? So pretty… What is that? What is it made of? So pretty… What is tha--” and her mind was captured in it. Her eyes followed it as the tail’s tip pushed against her mouth, parting her lips. It tasted like Everything.
Then, it started pumping. For a brief moment, Rita’s eyes left the Dragon’s bauble, looking further up the tail to see round shapes traveling down its length towards her. They weren’t as squishy as the slimes were, but being covered in slime helped them slip down her throat. She wasn’t sure how long she was there, watching the bauble as she felt herself grow even heavier, even softer, but it had to be a while. The first thing she noticed were her arms. They were thin before, but… Segment by segment, they thumped and grew fatter. Her hands and fingers felt numb for a few moments, before they fattened out with a FWMPH. Just like that, her hands became paws, with her lithe fingers puffing out into fat, stubby digits. Their rubber pads turned into full-on paw pads. Magenta beans that squished against the tail she was just barely holding now, as pliable as the slime itself.
The eggs must’ve been displacing the slime inside her… Her hips were the next to change, forcing her skirt to stretch as they widened even more. Her belly had hung even lower, nearly sinking to the floor. By the time it pulled its tail from her mouth, she felt huge. As she relaxed on her fat, soft butt, eggs settling inside her engorged tummy, the Slime Dragon stood up. It looked noticeably thinner now, walking past her and squeezing through an opening in the cave before disappearing.
Mm. Egg in me.
“Rita! Rita!” Her ears twitched as she heard a voice, pulling her from the muck of her daydream… Footsteps echoed from up the cave, and she could see some lights. More friends? Daisuki was the first to enter. “Rita, I’m so glad we found you—Oh…”
“What’s wrong, Dai’? Did you find her or not?” Seiko was close behind. Both cats stopped in their tracks when they saw their leader, engorged and purring on the cave floor. “…What the fuck.”
“Language! Be purr-fessional!” Daisuki shot a glare at her friend, before turning to look at Rita once more. “Um… Hey, Rita… How are you feeling?”
Rita squinted. Remembering stuff was so hard. They looked quite familiar, though… By some miracle, her slime-logged processor was able to fetch the relevant data… Recognition finally dawned, and she settled into a sleepy, dumb smile.
“Oh, heyyy…~ BHUUURP, yeah, I’m fine~ You’re like, here to uh, rescue me, right?” Rita asked, head tilted.
“Wh—Yes? We’re your friends??! Of course we’re here to rescue you!” Dai was shocked. Then, in a quieter voice, “…Rita, did you just burp?...”
“Oh, yeah… I’m like a kettle now or somethin’. Bhuuurhhhey, can you help me up? I’m kinda stuck…” She admitted, rubbing her broad gut, churning with slime. “Soooo heavy…”
Daisuki and a reluctant Seiko each grabbed a hold of one of Rita’s paws. With only a little difficulty, they pulled her up onto her feet.
“Mrrrr, thanks…~” Rita cooed. She went back to feeling herself, purring softly as her paws squeezed one side of her malleable chestplate, bent outward into the fattest monoboob either of them had seen… Her tail wasn’t spared of the changes, having widened out into more of a big, pink trip hazard that idly swayed behind her. Bhuuurp. Daisuki was staring.
“So… is it safe to say you got the samples?” Seiko asked.
“The wha’? Oh! The slimes, right…? Mmmhm.~ I’ve got a lotta samples… Wanna feel ‘em?”
“No.” Seiko replied flatly.
Meanwhile, Daisuki stepped closer, and her hands sank into Rita’s gut. She pulled them back out, visibly astonished, blush-lines on her screens. This was not like the Rita she knew. Where was that upright, rigid personality of hers? Her leader sounded so calm now, almost sleepy. “Rita, what... What happened to you? Are you sure you’re alright?”
“Hehe, never better~” And it was true, as far as she knew! She felt nice and grounded, her body’s idle noises filling her ears and giving her a sense of calm. Her RAM was clear of any and all worry, her sensors far too dull and shorted-out to throw any warnings about how packed and bulged her body was. As far as she felt and knew, everything was juuuust fine. And, she completed her mission! Maybe? Something about collecting slimes, right?
For some reason, the other two didn’t seem entirely convinced. They looked at each other, then back at her.
Bhh~hhuurp… “Mmmnnh… As for what happened, uhmm… Haha, I dunno… Don’t remember.~ Why, somethin’ wrong?” She asked innocently, paws still roaming her front.
“Of course not…! Wanna… head back to the ship now?” Daisuki asked, clearly trying to avert her eyes.
“Mrrr, sure~” She began to follow as they led her back the way they came, “Um, what’re we gonna do there?”
“Leave the planet?” Seiko asked with a wry smirk.
“Awww, but I like it here!”
“Can’t imagine why…” Seiko’s eyes flickered briefly. Click! Was that a camera she heard?
