first, i think he’d definitely be a cat hybrid! some people say they’re overrated but tbh i just love them
as for what breed of cat he’d be, i think he’d be an american shorthair!
i mean they love having companions, like to play, do well with children and other animals, love affection, and are known to like sunbathing! TELL ME this isn’t felix
has the dark brown coat variant [just google pics and tell me that he wouldn’t be the cutest thing]
he might be shy when you first adopt him/find him but he’d be quick to warm up to you!!
his favorite past-time would be lying in the sun with you </3 he would love to just lie in your lap and have you rub his head while he falls asleep
i feel like he’d be super nosy but not in a bad way
like he’d just always wanna be around you and always know what you’re doing
you’re on the phone? “who’s that?” you’re reading? “whatcha readin’?” you’re cooking? “what’s that? can i taste?”
he’d be a little embarrassed at first when you bring up getting (cat) toys but then once you get them he’d be SO EXCITED!!!
he’d also understand when you need alone time and would even enjoy solitude
tbh though he’d be perfectly fine with just being in your presence, you wouldn’t even have to talk or acknowledge each other. he’d just wanna be in the same room as you :(((

or imagine him bringing over another one of the hybrid!boys and the three of you hanging out!!! it’d be so cute
for some reason i feel like he’d really like going grocery shopping with you
like, some people don’t mind grocery shopping, some hate it, but i feel like he’d LOVE it
every time you run out of even ONE thing he’d be like “does that mean we can go to the grocery store now?”
or he’d hear about a new snack online and be like “do you think they have that at our local grocery store?”
