"Felix is repeatedly mistaken for her twin brother, and hates being compared to him. A lot of this has to do with her living in his shadow, as he was always more prideful/successful than Felix. In canon, she's very whiny and complains about nearly everything.
I believe that with some emotional self reflection on why she's so moody all the time, she would eventually come to terms with being genderfluid/MtF. It wouldn't improve her mood at all. If anything, she'd be way more confident in being a jackass while comfortable in her own skin. Estrogen would also give her the added bonus of not looking exactly like her brother, so people wouldn't mix them up as much.
But no, transition would not save her. It might even make her worse! But she's like... ten times cooler as a woman and/or GNC. Trust me bro." - @felixsmind
