Saw Iron Lung and now me and my friend can't stop saying, "No way just like in Iron Lung" to literally everything, even if it doesn't relate whatsoever to the movie or the game... So I made this

In case you needed a reason to play Subnautica 2 with friends:

In our first playthrough, I was piloting what was, at the time, our only Tadpole. My friend was hitching a ride.

I started to drive into the collector leviathan's territory while making absolutely zero effort to evade it. My friend asked me if we'd be okay and I said, "I have no idea if we're even gonna live, so hang on tight!"

Later when we both had our own Tadpoles, I decided to hitch a ride on his Tadpole out of convenience {we were going to the same place}. He barely clipped the world border, and I immediately panicked and started begging him to go back in bounds as if I hadn't previously risked both of our lives for fun.

Anyways, I'm gonna build a base in the collector's territory because I always build bases right next to leviathans just so I can say I have a cool pet. This will have the added benefit of giving my friend a heart attack every time he tries to visit me

Was playing modded Minecraft and told the console to locate a mystic grove biome for me

The original drawing I made a week or so ago was actually in Overgrown. It was only meant to be a video thumbnail, though, so it was messy and quickly drawn. I decided to turn that concept into a full drawing, so I moved the location to Facility for a better color palette and took my time on this one.

I've never posted about this publicly, but I've been collecting LPS for my entire life. This isn't even my full collection of stuff, but it's a good portion of it. My most notable other item that I own is the old LPS plug and play controller.

Story time about why this art piece even exists!

I've been trying to fill out the bestiary for a few weeks now, and Bullseye was the last dangerous entity I needed info for before I'd move onto Sloth. However, for whatever reason, basically all of my Bullseye runs would be struck with tragedy and either me or one of my friends would end up dying. This was happening for a few days in a row, and I was starting to get frustrated.

I loudly announced to all my friends that I'd draw Bullseye if I reached 100% info for him by the end of the night and also wouldn't play any more video games until the drawing was finished. I expected Bullseye to not show up as usual, but he actually decided to show up.

That's how I lost a bet to a fictional character and also how this art piece came to be.
