'Renaissance' . . . Here's a photo from a few years ago. I've been having a really rough month because I discontinued medication for psychosis. The doctor just wanted me to keep taking that medication after 8 months of doing so, however I believe I can heal it naturally. So I just discovered a form of curing trauma, called 'Flow state' . It's any physical practice that helps you be in the present moment combined with the help of a therapist. Some of the activities include surfing, swimming or yoga etc. I wanted to share this new discovery in hopes to help anyone out there with mental health problems. The 'Flow state' is also said to cure PTSD. And well I had been practicing yoga for a few years even though I did not combine it with meditation. I recently did and in one meditation practice I had a vision of a strong and bearded Indian man sitting in a lotus position. I wondered who that would be and I intuitively felt googling Shiva with a beard. I had no idea of this version of Shiva as I am not in depth with Hinduism. I was very shocked by this vision as I felt strength and guidance in my meditation. And lately sanskrit words pop into my head that I later on have to Google the meaning.
