Who am I? What is this? Why is this?
My name is Laura Cisneros, trained as an industrial designer and dabbled in start-ups at research centers, health design, wearable tech and the latest: advertising.
Lately my interests and professional pushings have landed me into the realm of technology, and it's no surprise that this space is male dominated. This blog is not about the male-dominating world that is design. This is about changing an every-day object and re-shaping it to become as inclusive for both sexes as possible.
Taking into inspiration the 'femme den' and cataloging women and men as different biological creatures; I believe that we should have the same experiences when interacting with an object.
And this blog is just about that.
