Liara:▼ - childhood headcanon, ∇ - old age/aging headcanon
During 3, Liara recounts how she would used to dig holes and get in trouble with Benezia because of it. Sometimes when Liara finds something of interest she would show her mom and they would end up keeping them around the house. If there was a particular one that Benezia would really like, she would bring it with her wherever she went.
Liara’s dad makes a crack at how despite Benezia’s age, her “rack” still looked good. An aging Shepard would make similar comments to Liara about this when they’re talking about how old they’re getting to lighten the mood.
Shep: ▼ - childhood headcanon, ☾ - sleep headcanon
I think I chose my Shepard to be an orphan on Earth so they’d probably go around stealing food and things to survive as a kid. Eventually they’d find a shop or restaurant that they really like, and steal from there on a regular basis. The shop owner would eventually take notice and start putting out small things for Shepard every time she came by.
During the nightmares I really wanted there to be a scene where someone comes in to check in on Shep. Partially due to marceline2174, 2dshepard, and my own shipping needs, Liara comes in and does very shallow surface melds with Shep so she can calm down. Even if Shep doesn’t ask her to, Liara stays and holds her until she falls asleep without having more nightmares. If EDI doesn’t ask anyone to check up on Shep, she’ll go down to Liara’s quarters and sneak into her bed.
Aria: ☆ - happy headcanon, ♡ - romantic headcanon
If you have the Citadel DLC you find that Aria has pretty much ALL the high scores of every game on the Strip. She probably has a game room in her house on Omega, and wherever she stays on the Citadel. Aria still carries around a hand held console and some ports of her favorites on her omni-tool. She’s also unofficially won games against intergalactic gaming champions but their expressions after being crushed are enough to keep her smug. Basically she’s a fucking ruthless nerd.
UGH YOU KNOW IM ROMANTIC ARIA TRASH, ESPECIALLY WITH FEMSHEP BUT after waking up in bed Aria would probably just lay there and play with Shep’s hair, and really enjoy the brief moment of peace. She would very gently run her fingers across Shep’s hands, up her arms, freckled shoulders, then caress her face. If she accidentally wakes up Shepard she’ll try to act all cool but actually she’s thankful for being purple so we can’t see her blush. Aria is a giant fucking romantic, but only in private and during the right moments.
EDIT: Jack/Miranda: ൠ - random headcanon (im about to write up 5 in 1 so...)
Miranda was made to be perfect and that includes singing as well. She’s got a voice that never falters, squeaks, or is off note when she’s singing. Though she sings to herself, but isn’t serious about it.
Jack on the other hand is self taught, and learned from years of being alone with nothing but ABBA to listen to. Despite her very rough exterior, and personality Jacks got a beautifully soothing, and mature singing voice.
When the Normandy crew has their first karaoke night, no one’s surprised to hear Miranda’s fucking A+ voice. Nothing’s said aloud when Jack says she’ll go next, but Miranda does utter a scoff. Jack chooses an extremely difficult ballad to do but blows everyone’s mind with how good she is. The crowd’s goin wild, shit is being lost, and Jack is secretly content with the reception.
This does however fuel a competitive Miranda to challenge her to a singing duel which she can’t turn down. They end up doing a duet together that literally melts the mind of all the other crew. When asked who sings better, no one can decide cause they’re both so fuckin good.
