ME2 after coming back and your Shepard learns about what the Alliance and Council did or well more accurately didn't do, how has your Shepard's views change because of this?
Faith didn't have high expectations of the Council at all thanks to the fuckery she experienced when she was in pursuit of Saren. She never aspired to become a Spectre, she only accepted as she knew it's what David Anderson desperately wanted for her. So knowing they didn't bother listening is no big surprise as she sees them as pretty fucking arrogant.
The Alliance not acting? She's a little surprised, but then again they suffered a loss when Faith chose the Council ship to save despite it being more lives saved. However, she also knows that they don't have the same resources as the Council and that only a handful of people screaming Reapers won't do a lot.
She's not even surprised when she isn't welcomed back with open arms, she would be weary too about someone coming back from the dead. Shepard is pissed that despite evidence of a reaper in the form of Sovereign wasn't taken even a little seriously, like where did it come from and how could there only be one?
As time passes after lockdown and ME3, she becomes disillusioned altogether and takes over Cerberus when offered the opportunity. She gets to pour over the information and choose what can be destroyed and what can be used for good. In her role as the Shadow Broker, she enlists Liara'a help in what information should see the light of day and what is better off being buried forever.
