Hey-hey, you may call me Dev/A/Devilcat or whatever variation of that you want is fine, and my pronouns are: xe/xem/xyr, he/him, and they/them!! I'm a writer and artist, and I'm also a yumeshipper. :3 I mostly post writing, though, since I'm much more self-conscious about my art and yumeship stuff.
I'm currently trying to come out of hiatus, but I'm still mostly lurking and reblogging stuff.
There is a Neo living in my head who is not an f/o or one of the Neos mentioned below. For now, I'm simply going to refer to him as "My Neo".
Some of my main f/os are: Neo, Swapped!Neo, Nulla, Code Swap!Neo (all from TEAG + AUs), Kinger & Queenie (TADC), Luis Serra (RE4R), and Totomaru (Fairy Tail). All are romantic f/os except Kinger and Queenie, who are familial.

A/N: Uhhh heya! This isn't a fic, but a REALLY long list of my personal headcanons for my favorite walking rainbow crayon, Nine, in an attempt at easing myself back into posting here again (I hope). Also do just wanna quickly apologize if you've sent a request and I've yet to get to it. I promise I will someday, but it will take some time since I have to be in the right mindset to do your ideas justice, so please be patient with me.

» My headcanon height for Nine is between 176-180cm tall.
» Admittedly probably projecting a little bit here (bc I can), but he’s been giving me highkey he/they vibes (idk how to explain that) every time I look at him (which is almost 24/7… don't ask), so we're going with it.
» Doesn’t really use a label for his gender identity, nor does he really care too much how others perceive him.
» Has absolutely lost bets to Ta Luoluo numerous times which resulted in him wearing more "feminine" clothing, and he’s absolutely slayed every single time.
» She probably has photos of every single time, too.
» As for his sexuality, I think he's probably panromantic and demisexual.
» He has no preference whatsoever when it comes to gender or physical characteristics; just wants someone who will love him for him, will support him and his hero work, willingly listen to them yap, and mainly won't belittle his intelligence.
» They're very aware that they act "childish" occasionally, and he has "childish" interests, but that doesn't mean they are a child, you know?
» They love just about anything and everything that is "creatively inclined".
» And are also decently skilled in a lot of those things as well.
» Writing, drawing, painting, street-art, crafts, etc.
» Nine loves all colors without any real preference, and loves colorful things.
» If they do have to pick a favorite/most preferred color, though, it will probably be the same shade of pink as his glasses.
» He owns lots of colorful artworks that he's either made himself, bought, or found.
» He's a caffeine addict (because I said so).
» Doesn't matter the form it's in, either: soda, energy drinks, coffee, tea, etc.
» If it's caffeinated, he WILL consume. End of story.
» He also loves sugar. :3
» X hates this because the walking pride flag keeps sneaking into his apartment when he's out and stealing his sweets and sodas (deserved).
» They're a big fan of sandbox games, his favorite being Minecraft.
» He loves building and is absolutely one of those people who uses a bunch of mods to create super elaborate and complex machines in the game.
» He's also a BIG fan of Legos and no one can convince me otherwise.
» Colorful? Check.
» Creative outlet?? Yes.
» Building??? Hell yes.
» Has a whole room in his apartment/house dedicated to a small-scale recreation of X City, purely just because he can.
» And has also made gifts for Lolo, Smile, and X out of Legos several times most likely.
» He is Yapper 9000.
» He can and will yap about whatever project he's working on at the time to anyone willing (or unwilling) to listen.
» Also does a lot of quick hand movements and gestures while they talk ("talks with his hands", basically).
» They're pretty fidgety, just in general, mainly fidgeting with his hands.
» Lolo definitely noticed this early on into their friendship, so she probably introduced him to the concept of "fidget toys", and has helped him to find the ones that work for him.
» He's probably created some of their own custom ones, too.
» Nine made his entire hero outfit himself (Yes, that means he knows how to sew).
» He purposefully made his outfit really comfortable since he knew he'd be wearing it for long periods of time, as well as fighting in it a lot, too.
» This idea comes from a friend, but I agree with him that he could totally zip up his coat and just take a nap absolutely anywhere if he wanted (and he probably has).
» Conclusion: his coat is hella comfy.
» I honestly think it'd be a lil funny if Tarot Girl or even X tried to steal his coat sometimes because of just how comfortable it is.
» He ended up having to sew both of them their own coats similar to his own, but in their colors (black + orange, maybe, to match the "x" on her tie for Lolo, and white + red for X to match his hero form's suit) just so he can get his back.
» They 100% have malewife skills (because I said so), and no, I am not elaborating (for now).
» Everyone is always stunned, though, when they find out he's actually a really good cook??
» I'm talking like you can't tell the difference between their shocked expressions and the shocked Pikachu face.
» They once offered to do the cooking when the trio were hanging out at X's apartment, and X was initially terrified that they were going to burn down his kitchen, but begrudgingly let him thanks to Ta Luoluo vouching that they're a good cook.
» Let's just say, 9/10 times, Nine is the one cooking when they hang out, unless they get take-out (it’s ok, though, he doesn’t mind it. Actually enjoys it because he gets to show off their skills :3 ).
» Speaking of Pokémon, they're 100% a fan, not gonna lie.
» Games where you can collect cute and/or cool looking creatures, do battles, and (usually) have banger lore?? Sign him tf up!
» I think they're favorite games might be Black/White story wise, but Red/Blue or Gold/Silver since I imagine one of those might've been his first ever.
» Their favorite typings are likely Steel, Psychic, Fairy, and Ghost (the last one mainly because their stories tend to be hella fucking sad, and I think he'd feel bad for some of them).
» He LOVES the futuristic Pokémon from Gen 9, Scarlet/Violet.
» Violet is definitely their favored one because of being able to easily catch the futuristic ones, and he also loves Miraidon.
» It's literally a dragon that turns into a motorbike basically, I don't know what else to tell you.
» They 100% collect Pokémon cards. Don't ask him where he's getting the money for it, though. :3
» He is 100% one of those people who is able to master something after trying it once.
» And if he doesn't master it first try, they at the very least learn how to do whatever it is quicker than normal, and will probably master it on their second or third try.
» Feng Zao really enjoys hand-made gifts, whether it's receiving or giving them.
» Has absolutely made Tarot Girl, X, and Smile several hand-made gifts for whatever excuse he can possibly come up with (birthdays, holidays, etc.).

A/N 2: ... So, I'm apparently so obsessed with this rainbow skittle that I'm having to split this up into two parts to avoid this post being too long. I decided to move more of the stuff related to my backstory for him/more serious stuff to the part two and leave the sillier/more fun stuff in this one since it's my first writing post in a hot minute (3 months... oops.) :3
The Nine hyperfixation is so powerful that I am teaching myself how to draw people again after giving up on it 8 yrs ago, and apparently so strong that he's pulling me out of my hiatus??? (Does this count? Who knows) I think that makes him the most powerful hero, personally.
Anyways, so I'm a LITTLE obsessed with this guy, so I made this bc I needed to make my urge to chew on him a reality— and now I have!! :3
